The presisential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party and CUPP presidential consensus candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has expressed his fear of President Muhammadu Buhari’s assurances of conducting a free, fair and credible elections.
This is coming as a fallout of Mr. President’s decision not to attest to the Electoral amendment Bill forwarded to him by the National Assembly, which was expected to be a pivotal to the conduct of a free, fair and credible elections in 2019.

Atiku, who expressed his dissapointment in the President over the issue, said Buhari has just missed the opportunity to walk the talk.
Atiku said: “Mr President, assurances that your administration will conduct a free, fair and credible elections can not be taken seriously. For Nigerians and especially us in the opposition, you just missed an opportunity to walk the talk. -AA”
