A foremost Female People’s Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant for the Kogi State governorship ticket, Honourable Tehillah Great Ameh has congratulated the winner of the primary election, Engr Musa Wada.
Engr Wada beat other aspirants in the keenly contested election to become the party’s standard flag bearer.
Speaking on behalf of The Tehillah Great Campaign Organisation, Ms. Tehillah Ameh, who stepped down shortly before the primaries, said the outcome of the election was the wish of members of PDP in Kogi state to follow due process of the party’s National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus of Rebuilding and Repositioning to gain the party’s lost grounds.
Hon Tehillah Great Ameh, who is also The National Coordinator of PDP National Grassroots Mobilizers as well as Atiku Mobilizers, made her resolve known to fully throw her support behind the candidate of Engr Musa Wada to oust the incumbent governor come November 16.
She made this known while speaking with ACEGIST shortly after receiving ‘Bold Wonder Woman of the Year’ Award in Lagos on Saturday, 7 September.
“My campaign organisation and I are satisfied with the organisation of the Kogi State PDP primaries. It has indeed demonstrated, once again, how organised the PDP is.
“I wish to use this opportunity to congratulate the winner of the primaries, Engr Musa Wada and state our (myself and my campaign organisation) resolve to fully work with him to ensure that we win the governorship election come November 16,” Hon Ameh said
She further urged all party members, especially the other aspirants, to team up with Engr Wada to achieve the party’s common goal.
Asked if she would be bringing her experience to bear as the PDP National Grassroots Mobilizer during the campaign for the Kogi governorship election, she replied in affirmative “of course, yes,” she however, added that it will depend on the capacity she will be assigned to serve.
