Many Nigerians are currently disappointed and blasting the President and conveyor of an activist group, OurMumuDonDo, Charles Oputa, popular known as Charly Boy for collecting money from the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) to diss the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate in the February 23, 2019 election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

Deji Adeyanju, who was a co-conveyor of the group, has expressed his disappointment at Charly Boy’s action, which happened when the former was locked up in prison, by resigning his membership of the group.

But in an interview, Charly Boy said the money was used to buy a song he did to diss Atiku and accused Deji of wanting a share of the money.

According to Charly Boy, the spokesman of President Muhammadu Buhari campaign organisation, Festus Keyamo was in his house to discuss Deji’s imprisonment with him and heard the song he was doing to diss Atiku.

Keyamo thereafter, bargained to buy the song from him and he paid him up to 9-digit, Charly Boy claimed.

Many Nigerians have, however, put two plus two together, as they say, and figured it out for themselves that Charly Boy was actually bought over by the APC government while his deputy languished in prison for same activism work.

See some angry reactions below:

– Tinubu brought 2 bullion vans, he says, “it is his money”.
Keyamo allegedly gives Charles Oputa 9 figures, could it be his money too?

Now imagine if it was an Atiku operative sharing money.

Dasuki is still in prison for allegedly sharing government money. Naija is a caricature.

– In a sane society, the source of the funds would be investigated. His portfolio for the APC shouldn’t give him access to such funds, a transaction of this value should be properly documented. But hey! Let’s not forget he was working for “Mr Integrity”.

– 100million and yet we say, we are experiencing poverty!!

Whoever that lay a curse on Nigeria, it will not be well with them all.

– They said we should live within our means. People who couldn’t pay 10m for APC nomination form in 2014 are today dishing out 9 figures and asking the poor to live within their means. God dey.
